Job Role: Training & Placement Officer (TPO)
Qualifications: Post-Graduate in any stream
Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a TPO
Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for internships and job placement of our under-graduate and alumni students
- Build and maintain strong relationships with companies for campus placements
- Organize placement drives, job fairs, and networking events
- Guide students on career opportunities, resume building & interview preparation
- Coordinate with industry professionals to enhance student employability
- Maintain internship and placement records and ensure high internship and placement rates
- Any other responsibility as and when delegated by relevant authorities of the College related to placements
Skills Required:
- Strong industry network and corporate relations
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Strategic planning for campus internships, placements & hiring trends
