Job Role: Training & Placement Officer (TPO)

Qualifications: Post-Graduate in any stream
Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a TPO

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for internships and job placement of our under-graduate and alumni students
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with companies for campus placements
  • Organize placement drives, job fairs, and networking events
  • Guide students on career opportunities, resume building & interview preparation
  • Coordinate with industry professionals to enhance student employability
  • Maintain internship and placement records and ensure high internship and placement rates
  • Any other responsibility as and when delegated by relevant authorities of the College related to placements

Skills Required:

    • Strong industry network and corporate relations
    • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
    • Strategic planning for campus internships, placements & hiring trends
