About Us

HSC vocational courses, sponsored by the Central Government (NCERT) and approved by the Directorate of Vocational Education, aim to equip students with essential skills for self-employment. Technical education is a crucial contributor to the country’s human resource development.

The growing popularity and demand for technology prompted the initiation of these vocational courses. They commenced at Patuck Junior College in 1988, offering eight trades in the HSC vocational course. Mr. S.M. Singh currently leads this section and serves as the coordinator for bifocal courses in Mechanical Maintenance (MM) and Computer Science (CS).
